1. General Refund Policy

KNOW‑ING AUSTRALIA understands that plans can change. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions that apply to workshop, meetup and event registrations.

2. Participant Cancellations

Participants may request a cancellation by contacting KNOW‑ING AUSTRALIA using the contact details provided on this website.

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made 7 to 13 days before the event may receive a credit that can be applied to a future KNOW‑ING AUSTRALIA event.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are generally not eligible for a refund.

3. Ticket Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your registration to another person or to a future event, subject to availability and approval by KNOW‑ING AUSTRALIA. Requests should be submitted as early as possible.

4. Event Changes

KNOW‑ING AUSTRALIA reserves the right to modify event dates, locations, schedules, presenters or content when reasonably necessary.

If a significant change occurs and you are unable to attend as a result, you may contact us to discuss available options.

5. Event Cancellation by KNOW‑ING AUSTRALIA

If KNOW‑ING AUSTRALIA cancels an event, participants will be offered either:

A full refund, or
A transfer to a future event where applicable.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever reasonably possible.

6. Non-Attendance

Failure to attend an event without prior notice does not qualify for a refund.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
