2. About KNOW‑ING AUSTRALIA
KNOW‑ING AUSTRALIA is a professional learning community that provides workshops, networking opportunities, educational resources and industry-focused learning experiences for international professionals in Australia.
3. Educational Purpose
All content, workshops, presentations, resources and community activities are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Participation in a workshop or event does not guarantee employment, professional accreditation, interviews, immigration outcomes or career advancement.
4. Event Registrations
Event registrations are subject to availability and may be limited by venue capacity or other operational requirements. Registration is only confirmed once the applicable registration process has been completed and any required payment has been successfully received.
5. Payments

7. Participant Conduct
Participants are expected to act professionally and respectfully during all workshops, meetups and community activities. KNOW‑ING AUSTRALIA reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, inappropriate, unsafe or inconsistent with the purpose of the community.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all workshop materials, presentations, guides, educational resources, videos, graphics, branding and website content remain the intellectual property of KNOW‑ING AUSTRALIA. Content may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, modified or resold without prior written permission.
9. Photography and Recording
Photographs and video recordings may be taken during events for educational, promotional and community purposes. Participants who do not wish to appear in photographs or recordings should notify the organiser before or during the event. Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate such requests.
10. Third-Party Services
KNOW‑ING AUSTRALIA may utilise third-party providers for website hosting, event registration, payment processing, communications and other operational activities. We are not responsible for the availability, content, security or privacy practices of third-party services.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KNOW‑ING AUSTRALIA is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from participation in events, use of educational content, reliance on information provided, technical issues, cancellation of events or third-party services. Participants remain responsible for their own professional, educational and career decisions.
12. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds, transfers and cancellations are governed by the applicable Refund Policy published on this website and may vary depending on the type of event, timing of cancellation and event-specific conditions.
